Collector Ownership & Resale Policy
Every Freedom In Motion edition is recorded within the Freedom In Motion verification system and includes a certificate of authenticity.
When you purchase an edition, you own a verified edition of that specific work and edition number. Copyright remains with Freedom In Motion.
Each edition can be authenticated through the Freedom In Motion verification system, which records ownership and authenticity.
To protect collectors and maintain the integrity of the archive, editions cannot be resold until the completion of Season 3.
After Season 3, collectors may sell their editions through the official Freedom In Motion resale process.
All secondary sales are brokered by Freedom In Motion to ensure authenticity, update ownership records and protect both buyers and sellers.
Private sales conducted outside the Freedom In Motion resale process will not be recognised within the verification system.
Freedom In Motion currently retains a 15% brokerage fee on verified secondary sales.
Verified editions cannot be resold below the highest original primary-market price achieved for that artwork.
Once a sale is completed, ownership records and verification details are updated to reflect the new collector.
