Collector Ownership & Resale Policy
Every Freedom in Motion edition is recorded within the Freedom in Motion verification archive and is issued with a certificate of authenticity, a unique verification QR code and a permanent ownership record.
When you acquire an edition, you become the registered owner of that numbered edition. Copyright and all intellectual property remain with Freedom in Motion.
Each edition can be independently authenticated through the Freedom in Motion verification system, which records provenance, ownership and authenticity throughout its lifetime.
Secondary Sales
To protect the integrity of the archive during the initial release of the collection, secondary sales will not open until the completion of Season 3.
This allows the primary editions to be released as originally intended before a verified secondary market is established.
Once Season 3 has been completed, collectors may offer their editions for sale through the official Freedom in Motion resale service.
All verified secondary sales are handled directly by Freedom in Motion to:
Verify authenticity
Confirm provenance
Update ownership records
Protect both buyers and sellers
Private sales completed outside the official resale process will not be recognised within the Freedom in Motion verification archive until ownership has been verified and transferred.
Ownership Records
Following every verified resale, the ownership register and verification record are updated to reflect the new collector.
This creates a permanent provenance record for every authenticated edition throughout its lifetime.
Brokerage
Freedom in Motion currently retains a 15% brokerage fee on verified secondary sales.
Resale Enquiries
If you wish to transfer ownership of a verified edition once the secondary market has opened, please get in touch to discuss the resale process.
