Freedom in Motion
Limited Editions
Freedom in Motion releases selected original nature films as numbered, limited-edition digital artworks.
Each artwork is limited to 50 numbered editions in total. This includes editions reserved for collector sets, prizes and other designated allocations. Reserved editions do not increase the edition limit.
Each issued edition is assigned a unique number and registered in the Freedom in Motion verification archive.
Ownership & Display Rights
Purchasing an edition establishes the purchaser as the registered collector of that numbered digital artwork.
Collectors receive the digital artwork for private display, together with a certificate of authenticity and a unique QR code linked to its verification record.
Ownership of a numbered edition does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights in the underlying film.
Copyright remains with Freedom in Motion. The purchase does not grant rights to commercial display, redistribution, sublicensing or reproduction for others. Commercial use requires a separate licence.
The applicable purchase and licence terms govern the collector's permitted use of the artwork.
Certificates & Verification
Freedom in Motion maintains a verification archive for its numbered editions.
Each edition's record identifies the artwork, its edition number and its registered ownership status.
The certificate and unique QR code allow the edition's registration details to be checked against the Freedom in Motion archive.
Verification confirms information held in the archive. It does not prevent unauthorised copying or establish possession of every digital copy.
Secondary Sales
Freedom in Motion intends to operate an official verified resale service for eligible editions.
Editions from Seasons 1 and 2 become eligible for resale once all 45 individually available editions of every Season 2 artwork have been sold through the primary collection.
The five reserved editions within each artwork's 50-edition limit are excluded from this sellout condition.
Eligibility does not automatically open the resale service. Freedom in Motion must separately activate the service before resale listings or transactions can be accepted.
The resale service is currently closed.
When operational, the service is intended to support the verification of editions, confirmation of registered ownership and recording of completed ownership transfers.
Resale eligibility does not guarantee that an edition will find a buyer or achieve any particular resale value.
Ownership Transfers
The Freedom in Motion verification archive records the registered collector associated with each issued edition.
A private sale or transfer does not automatically change the registered ownership record. Requests to update registered ownership must be reviewed and verified by Freedom in Motion.
Following a verified transfer, the archive will be updated to identify the new registered collector.
Digital files previously downloaded by an outgoing collector cannot be remotely erased through a change to the verification record. The rights and obligations of both parties remain subject to the applicable licence and transfer terms.
Resale Brokerage
Freedom in Motion charges a 15% brokerage fee on completed sales arranged through its official resale service.
The fee is deducted from the seller's completed resale price.
For example, on a completed resale of £100, the brokerage fee would be £15, leaving £85 payable to the seller before any other applicable charges.
Any additional transaction arrangements or charges will be disclosed before the resale service opens.
No brokerage fee applies to an original edition purchased directly from Freedom in Motion.
