These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of digital products from Freedom in Motion.

By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

Freedom in Motion sells digital fine-art video and image works.

All products are:

  • Digital only

  • Delivered electronically

  • Not physical goods

No physical items are shipped.

3. Nature of the Purchase (IMPORTANT)

When you purchase a work from Freedom in Motion, you are purchasing:

  • A limited digital edition of a work

  • For personal viewing and collection only

You are not purchasing copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including videos, images, audio, text, branding, and artwork, remains the exclusive intellectual property of David Green / Freedom in Motion.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Redistribute

  • Resell

  • Upload

  • Publicly display

  • Commercially exploit

any purchased or accessed content without prior written permission.

5. Permitted Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Purchased works are for private, non-commercial viewing

  • Commercial use, public display, or licensing requires a separate agreement

6. Editions, Scarcity & Availability

Certain works are released as limited digital editions.

Once an edition is sold out:

  • No further primary sales will be made

  • Public release may occur at the artist’s discretion

Edition sizes, pricing tiers, and release conditions are determined solely by Freedom in Motion and may vary between works.

7. Resale & Transfer

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Purchased editions may not be resold, transferred, or assigned

  • Any future resale permissions are subject to separate terms announced by Freedom in Motion

  • Unauthorised resale or distribution voids access and ownership rights

8. Pricing & VAT

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • VAT status will be stated at checkout

  • If VAT is applicable, it will be included or clearly indicated

  • Prices may change without notice for future editions

9. Payments

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe and/or PayPal.

Freedom in Motion does not store payment card details.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • The product is digital

  • Delivery is immediate

  • You waive your statutory right to cancel once access is provided

11. Access & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access links or download credentials.

Freedom in Motion is not responsible for loss of access due to:

  • Sharing links

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Third-party interference beyond reasonable control

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Freedom in Motion shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted access

  • Artistic quality and subjective experience are not grounds for claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, without refund.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The current version will always be published on this website.
