Freedom in Motion sells digital fine-art video and image works. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold on this website are digital downloads or digital access products.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been provided, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are offered.

2. Waiver of Cooling-Off Period

Under UK consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right to cancel.
However, this right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun.

By completing a purchase on this website, you explicitly agree that:

  • The product is digital

  • Delivery is immediate

  • You waive your 14-day right to cancel

This agreement is required before checkout is completed.

3. Faulty or Corrupted Files

If you experience a genuine technical issue (for example, a corrupted file or inability to access the purchased content), please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Where the issue cannot be resolved, we may:

  • Re-provide access, or

  • Issue a replacement file

Refunds are not provided for preference, taste, or artistic judgment.

4. Unauthorised Use

Refunds will not be issued where access has been lost due to:

  • Sharing login or download links

  • Breach of our Terms & Conditions

  • Attempted redistribution or resale
